-Full Name of Trip Leader
-Age
-Adventure / Program Code or Name
-Travel Dates
-Nationality
-Contact (mobile/landline)
-Passport or Identity Card Number
-Copy of Passport or Identity Card (For some adventures)
-Participant Names (For some adventures)
-Full payment to confirm

PAYMENT METHODS

WITHIN MALAYSIA

Online transfer or Internet Banking or E-banking, ATM Cash Deposit (Malaysia Only) or Direct Deposit with a Bank Clerk
Online transfer is the preferred payment solution. HSBC ATM only accepts RM10 and above. Denominations of RM5 or less  requires you to deposit directly to the bank clerk. Bank operates Monday - Friday,  9am - 4pm.  ATM opens till midnight daily. Please deposit exact amount.

Cheque made payable to ASIA ADVENTURES. Instead of mailing the cheque, please deposit at HSBC ATMs (within Malaysia/Borneo).

INTERNATIONAL / CROSS BORDER PAYMENTS

Credit Cards and Pay Pal
Credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD AND AMERICAN EXPRESS) can be transacted through a Personal PAYPAL Account. We will send a payment request to your email if this payment method is preferred. The value will be in Malaysian Ringgit (RM or MYR). There will be minimum 4% transaction charge added. We require transactions done minimum 10 working days before event day. This is in consideration of any transaction issues or delays. Paypal requires minimum 2 working days to complete fund transfer to our bank account.

Money Remittance
eg. www.moneybookers.com, www.westernunion.com or www.moneygram.com. We will provide collector details if this method is preferred.
Money remittance services can be found at money changers or OFW (Overseas Filipino Workers) Remittance companies. Please check with your regular money changer and the Philipphine Embassy for a reliable source.

From SIngapore, you may send via OFW Remittances (Telephone +65 967374020). Their service has been reliable so far. For convenience and if you are comfortable, we do have a Standard Chartered Bank Account in Singapore. However, we may include a small fee to offset losses in foreign exchange and transaction fees.
