The ideal place to learn to dive in Perhentian is at Tuna Bay. Tuna Bay is located in the south west side of Pulau Perhentian Besar (Big Island),  surrounded by tropical jungle, on a broad and long powdery white beach. The resort commands a breath-taking view of Perhentian Kecil and the South China Sea right at the doorstep. Even at low tide, the view from the resort is still breath taking! The ambience here is one of peace and relaxation geared towards the ultimate getaway.

The resort is one of Perhentian’s highest rated resorts in terms of comfort and service. It is family run and managed and the quality shines through in the standard of this excellent accommodation.

The Seahorse Dive Center located just next door will conduct the course. Under the expert guidance of instructor Bridget and her team, you will be on your way to a new world of adventure. The course can also be conducted in other languages such as German and Dutch. Your training sessions will be on a calm stretch of water and on some of the easier dive sites in Perhentian.

Our say

We handpicked this resort for being one of the finest resorts in Perhentian. It avoids the large fan fare of big budget hotels and shabby backpacker resorts. Its quality stems from being family owned and managed resulting in all staff doing their utmost best to ensure that all their guests have a memorable stay. It also happens to be one of the highest independently rated resorts on Perhentian.

This course represents excellent value for money since your accommodation, meals and course fees are all included. Learning to dive couldn't get any easier.
